Mow, weed eat, edge when needed and blowing of grass clippings from walkways, driveways and street. Our service also includes regular weed control spray once per month in mulch and rock beds (if you chose).  

We offer a one-time, temporary or as needed service/Vacation service.  Our customers will remain active in our system always. We ask that you call as soon as possible to let us know when you will be needing service and that's it!  We have you covered.  This service does not include weed control spray. 

Pre-emergent herbicides are the first line of defense when it comes to safeguarding your lawn from pest species like crabgrass, purslane, dandelion, thistle, chickweed and more. If you decided to apply pre-emergent herbicide, it's a step in the right direction for lawns currently struggling with ridding weeds and unwanted grass species.

 Unlike pre-emergent herbicides, which are applied before weed seeds germinate, post emergent herbicides are applied directly to the leaves or stems of plants that are already growing. The purpose of using post emergent herbicides is to selectively or non-selectively target and kill unwanted weeds, while minimizing any harm to desirable plants.

Our program consists of an application of a weed control or fertilizer every 6 weeks for maximum effectiveness. It is recommended that you begin these treatments at the start of the season, and with a pre- and post-emergent treatment however, we can begin any time.  Our product is a granular, it is not as fast acting as a spray, but its slow release helps maintain any weed growth for the weed control and better absorption for the fertilizer. 

After all of your lawn is removed and prepped. We will install the sod rolls onto your lawn. Some areas will require the use of lawn staples to keep the sod pieces from moving, especially on hilly areas. Once this is done you will have a beautiful new lawn, ready to go! This process is the most expensive option but with the quickest results. The cost varies with the size lawn, and the type of sod you chose.  The price reflected is average, your cost may vary. 

As with a sod install, your old lawn will be removed and the area prepped.  A heavy application of seed will be applied and then covered with a layer of straw (optional).  The straw keeps keep the seed from washing and birds from eating and therefore, helps with germination.  Prices vary according to size and amount of product needed. Cost reflected is average and your cost  might vary. 

Cost per hour and does not include any extra equipment that might be needed for taller trees.

Luxury Lawn Services uses a premium grass seed with proven excellent germination results. We will apply the seed of your choice over your entire lawn or specific area. We make sure that the application is more where it is needed too.  We recommend overseeding after aeration in the fall but, you can overseed as a stand-alone service. Price reflected is per bag of seed. Price may vary according to the type of seed you require. 

For our residential customers. Services will be on a "call-in" basis.  Call by 8pm on any evening to get your snow removed and/or Salt/Ice Melt treatment the next day.  For our regular customers, invoicing will be the same as lawn care.  If you are a one-time customer, payment will be expected at time of service. 

Prices will depend upon the size the drive and walkways also, if you require salt/ice melt or just snow removal. 

With our Commerical customers, we offer a customized plan that fits your individual needs.  Basic services include a pre-emptive salt/ice melt treatment on hard surfaces and a trigger point for snow removal, according to your needs.  Please contact us for details about our commercial program and how we can design a plan that is just right for your business. 

Regardless of if you are a regular lawn care customer or not, Luxury Lawn Services offers the same excellent service.  With our one-time customers, we do require that payment be made immediately after services.  Price is dependent upon size of driveway and walkways and the amount of treatment you require.  Minimum price is $35.00
